New Stuff Coming

Stuff we have in the works

We are currently in the middle of a studio move - so our release of new pattern may take a little longer then usual :)
We have a few new patterns in the works and hope they can be released in the new year at the latest.
First we are working on the Uptown Jumper - a really cute an classic 'school girl' looking jumper with a dropped waistline and pleated skirt. It will also feature some cute details that will make it extra special and give it a more modern look.
Since we have had a HUGE amount of requests for more patterns that work for boys, we are working on a Modern Unisex Hoodie - this wont be the normal hoodie you find in the stores (you know the one with the middle zipper and the screen printed stuff on it). It will feature a asymmetrical button up front panel and clean lines. Perfect for any little kid with a bit more style :)
As always, we are still working on many boy patterns including a hooded vest and pocket cargo pants.
We would really love to hear from you about what you are looking for from boy patterns. ie. what styles, what can't you find in stores, what sizes etc.
Let us know
we will also be looking for pattern testers for these as we don't have any little boys of our own to test them on. So if you have a little guy let us know if you would be interested

  1. I'll be a pattern tester for you guys! Styles that are hard to find are pants that actually fit and are the baggy looked because lets face it on little boys and big boys that look is gross, t-shirt, button up shirts, casual wear, maybe a fun suit for special occasions , swim wear for both boy and girl it is so hard to find cute swim wear out there and shorts. I look forward to both of those patterns coming out soon and more to come in the New Year. I think it would nice for a A-Line dress that ties in the back very form fitting, also a V-Neck halter top that can be a dress or top, I'm sure you will come up with amazing stuff. Looking forward to adding for to my Heidi and Finn collection :)

  2. Hi Heidi and Finn,

I haven't got any little lads either, but for those that do, maybe a cute pair of dungarees, a wrap/kimono top for boys, a shirt without the standard collar,(round neck)
For girls, I would love a round yoke neck dress, and maybe a blouse with pleat details on the front.

Cannot wait for the new patterns, they are so easy to follow! My daughter has so many handmade clothes now!

  3. We are expecting our first boy in May, so I will gladly be a tester for you. I second the shirt without a standard collar but one with a rounded one- I think it is called a priests collar? A sleeper or pajamas of some sort would be great. Stuff for newborns?

  5. I have a little 1yo boy and I would love to be a tester for you. He's a big lad for his age at 13kg and 83cm tall so will be good for bigger patterns :)

  7. I just discovered your Etsy shop and love your patterns. I'm expecting a little boy any day now, so I would love to see some patterns that perhaps start off at smaller sizes. I'd also happily serve as a tester!

  8. Hi there, I love your patterns and am so excited to hear you are working on some unisex/boys stuff. I'd love to be a tester, I have a 17 month old little man and I'd like some nice fitting pants (maybe the pattern could be adjusted so you don't have to sew in the extra booty forthe diaper? My guy is toilet trained and commercially available toddler pants look terrible!). I think skinny trousers would be cute, a shawl-necked sweatshirt, a peacoat... Can't wait to see what you come up with!

  10. Another one waiting for your boy patterns - I'm sure they are going to be amazing.

Probably a bit late, but I have an almost four year old and an almost two year old boy. Just in case you need more testers :)
